I AM NOW (ltd.)

Founded by Dr Clara Kalu, a former University senior Lecturer, former Acting Director of Clinical Research at the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust, and currently a Programme Lead for After Action Review.  Dr Clara is an Executive Coach (senior practitioner). 

Personal Energy Mapping is reflective, highly practical and uses validated tools.  It draws on our extensive experience in executive coaching and personal development and more than two decades in senior NHS leadership.  

We have successfully used Personal Energy Mapping in career coaching clients in the SHURI Network for 4 years, including two Zenith Award winners, in transforming their mindsets and actions to achieve remarkable results in their careers.
